I AM HERE was selected as an Independent Project for Nuit Blanche Toronto 2022. The City of Toronto & Nuit Blanche decided to postpone the second year of Dr. Nagam’s two-year curatorial theme, The Space Between Us, into the fall of 2022. We are very excited to be part of this artistic showcase and look forward to 2022.

I AM HERE is an abstract lighting display installation running low-fidelity video graphics placed in the north- and west-facing corner of the 4th-floor windows of the Pivot Design studio located on the corner of King Street East and George streets.

Breathe out ­– this is now. 

I AM HERE is a visual meditation, symbolizing the vitality of breathing and its profound importance in helping us to find our sense of balance, harmony and centre. We are living in complex and uncertain times, in the midst of an evolving global pandemic, growing climate change, social injustice and heightened personal stress and anxiety. Meditation is a proven path to sustained mental health, positive emotions and all-around general wellness.

From January 22–31, 2021, I AM HERE was at 187 King Street East and George Street as a destination for some moments of calm in our vibrant city.
